The Livingroom

This nice Apartment Kenepa lies below the villa. The apartment offers great privacy and has a great garden and covered patio. The owner of this huge complex does not live on the island and stays only a few days a year on the island.

This apartment has a spacious living room with TV (LCD), Movie Box, kitchen and is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. The living room is also equipped with an ice-cold air conditioning.

The Bedrooms

The two double bedrooms are both equipped with a 2-person box spring, air conditioning and large closets. In one of the bedrooms it is also possible to put aside the bed so that a two-single box spring emerges. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

In the living room, there’s also a sofa bed. This space can be seen as a fully-fledged third bedroom when needed.

The Exterior

The most spectacular of all this splendor location are surely the entire exteriors. The huge porch on the top level has a beautiful dining table with 8 chairs and a lounge. The views here should really be called breathtaking, shooting stars and passing cruise ships is daily cost! You will experience the most beautiful sunsets here.

In the large tropical garden are several seating areas where you can enjoy lounging . The garden is surrounded by a variety of local birds such as hummingbirds, lovebirds and parakeets. From every spot you have a great view of the Caribbean Sea. This property is well maintained and guarantees a wonderful holiday.
